Entry Writer High Volume- Licensed Customs Broker – (Ascending Leader Opportunity)

Lyndhurst, NJ Area | $80K – $105K (DOE)

We are seeking a Licensed Customs Broker who can hit the ground running as a high-volume entry writer while serving as a key second-in-command to leadership. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone with strong technical skills, PGA experience, and a clear ambition to move into management.


What You’ll Do

  • Process 150+ customs entries per month with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle a variety of entries, including those involving Participating Government Agencies (PGA)
  • Ensure compliance with all U.S. Customs regulations and partner agency requirements
  • Act as a right hand to leadership, helping oversee daily operations
  • Support team members and contribute to process improvements
  • Prepare for a clear path into future leadership/management

What We’re Looking For

  • Active U.S. Customs Broker License (required)
  • Proven experience in high-volume entry writing
  • Strong knowledge of PGA filings and compliance
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership mindset – someone ready to step up and grow
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
