Job Description

A well-established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interior construction.

This role will support a consistent pipeline of interior projects, working closely with project teams to deliver accurate and competitive estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for TI and Class A interior projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients
• Track and evaluate project costs and scope changes

Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Experience with Tenant Improvement and interior construction required
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
