A respected General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up K-12 projects, typically $30M+, along with select renovation work. This role offers a strong pipeline of large-scale projects, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the communities you build in.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up K-12 construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and jobsite coordination
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, and school districts

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience on ground-up K-12 projects $30M+
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and field coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades on large, complex projects
