Job Description

A well-established General Contractor in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Tenant Improvement and Class A interior construction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage TI and Class A interior projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• Oversee subcontractor performance and project execution
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
• Experience with Tenant Improvement and Class A office interiors required
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
