Commercial Senior Mechanical Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Lead projects from conception to completion
Estimate new work and change orders
Adapt to changing demands and deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
10+ years of construction management or mechanical project experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in PM Software
Ability to travel up to 50%
