Director of Production – Restoration & Construction

About the Opportunity
We’re partnered with a growing, multi-location restoration company looking to bring on a Director of Production to lead and scale operations across the business.
This is a true leadership role — overseeing Project Managers, driving operational consistency, improving margins, and helping the company continue its growth trajectory. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and have a direct impact on performance, people, and profitability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and oversee all production and operations across multiple locations
- Manage, coach, and develop Project Managers and Production Managers
- Drive accountability around estimating, job costing, documentation, billing, and collections
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at high quality
- Improve operational efficiency, workflows, and use of technology
- Monitor KPIs, margins, and overall production performance
- Oversee large-loss and complex restoration projects from a high-level
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, growth, and revenue goals
- Build and strengthen subcontractor networks and production capacity
- Step in on high-level client or project issues when needed
(Responsibilities aligned with full operational oversight, leadership, and production accountability)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction operations
- Experience leading Project Managers or multi-team operations
- Deep understanding of estimating, job costing, margins, and production cycles
- Proven ability to build, train, and hold teams accountable
- Experience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and large-loss projects
- Operational mindset — someone who can create structure and consistency across teams
- Strong communicator who can lead from the front and influence at all levels
