Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

A prominent Atlanta-based general contractor is looking to bring on a Superintendent to lead multifamily projects from the field. This is a company with a strong local presence, a full pipeline of work, and the kind of reputation that keeps them consistently busy.

This is a field-first role. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your projects—driving the schedule, coordinating trades, and keeping things moving from start through closeout without needing constant oversight.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up multifamily projects
• Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and overall jobsite flow
• Drive the schedule and hold trades accountable to milestones
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and ownership to keep projects aligned
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
• Solve problems in real time and keep the job moving forward

What They’re Looking For

• Experience running ground-up multifamily projects as a Superintendent
• Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Ability to lead from the front and keep subs on track
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need to be micromanaged
