Tax Manager

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Overview

A leading Utah public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager in Salt Lake City to manage a broad mix of tax compliance and consulting work for business and individual clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of tax returns, including corporate, partnership, estate, gift, individual, not-for-profit and employee benefit returns
• Understand clients’ businesses and tax needs and address their questions
• Research tax issues to serve client needs
• Assist with dynamic tax consulting projects
• Engage in ongoing professional development through firm-provided CPE

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of public accounting experience
• CPA license
• High integrity and the ability to build strong client and colleague relationships
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
