Responsibilities

• Run ground-up commercial projects from site mobilization to certificate of occupancy
• Build and manage the project schedule with the field team
• Buy out trades and manage subcontract scopes and change orders
• Track job cost, forecast, and present monthly reports
• Keep owners informed with clear, regular updates

Requirements

• 3+ years as a PM or senior APM on ground-up commercial work
• Solid understanding of sitework, structure, envelope, and MEP sequencing
• Contract and change-order management experience
• Proficiency in Procore or similar project-management software
• Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or equivalent experience
