Trusts & Estates Attorney: Private Wealth Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Santa Barbara

Our client, a well-regarded Santa Barbara firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 3+ years of experience. The practice serves individuals, families, and fiduciaries with estate planning, trust and probate administration, and wealth transfer strategies on California's Central Coast.

This is a hybrid role. You will split time between the Santa Barbara office and home while building long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related estate planning documents
• Administer trusts and probate estates from start to finish
• Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
• Prepare court filings and attend probate hearings as needed
• Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and fiduciaries

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 3+ years of trusts and estates, estate planning, or probate experience
• Strong drafting and client-counseling skills
• Careful attention to detail
• Comfort with a hybrid schedule
