Location: Brookfield, WI

Overview

A leading Wisconsin CPA firm is seeking an Assurance Manager in Brookfield in a flexible, hybrid work environment. You will lead audit engagements, mentor team members and build lasting client relationships. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday 8-5 with 55+ hours per week during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit engagements from planning through completion
• Mentor and guide team members in a fast-paced environment
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships
• Bring technical expertise and a commitment to client service
• Engage with the community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Ability to guide teams to success
• Role is based in Wisconsin
