Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team in a modern, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality components used in advanced industrial and engineering applications. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications
  • Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and quality
  • Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and specifications
  • Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)
  • Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials (metals, plastics, and composites)
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
  • Experience working with tight tolerances and precision components preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
