We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing precision manufacturing team in a modern, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality components used in advanced industrial and engineering applications. This position requires a strong commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering specifications
- Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments to maintain tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance and quality
- Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are operating efficiently
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project timelines and specifications
- Maintain accurate production records and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification preferred)
- Proven experience operating and programming CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials (metals, plastics, and composites)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD data
- Experience working with tight tolerances and precision components preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
