We are currently partnering with a premier, highly respected law firm to identify a Senior IP Litigation Attorney to join their thriving practice in Seattle. This firm is known for representing high-profile, innovative clients ranging from Fortune 500 tech giants to disruptive startups.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead High-Stakes Litigation: Serve as lead or senior counsel on complex IP litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes.
- Case Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive litigation strategies from inception through trial, including managing discovery, depositions, oral arguments, and motion practice.
- Client Advocacy & Advisory: Provide strategic legal counsel to a sophisticated client base regarding risk management, dispute resolution, and IP enforcement strategies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior associates and litigation support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Business Development: Contribute to the growth of the firm’s IP practice by leveraging existing client relationships and participating in industry-focused networking initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of sophisticated IP litigation experience, preferably within an Am Law ranked firm or a highly regarded IP boutique.
- Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice and in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). Admission to the USPTO is a plus but not mandatory.
- Trial Experience: Proven track record of significant courtroom experience, including taking/defending key depositions, arguing dispositive motions, and participating in trials or arbitrations.
- Technical Excellence: Superior research, writing, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and legal concepts clearly to judges, juries, and clients.
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited, top-tier law school with an outstanding academic record.
