Irrigation Manager | Know the Equipment. Lead the People. Own the Results.
Know your way around irrigation equipment? Tired of watching someone else make the decisions?
A growing equipment company is looking for a hands-on Irrigation Manager who understands agricultural irrigation and knows what it takes to keep crews, equipment, and customers moving.
We're interested in two types of people: an experienced irrigation leader or a strong field/service professional ready to take the next step.
This isn't a desk job.
You'll lead an established irrigation operation, balancing fieldwork, people, schedules, equipment, and customer commitments.
Your responsibilities include:
Lead, schedule, and develop irrigation installation and service crews
Coordinate projects, equipment, materials, and field resources
Troubleshoot irrigation systems and help solve problems in the field
Monitor labor, job costs, productivity, and project performance
Work directly with agricultural customers and support sales
Improve safety, quality, equipment reliability, and operational results
What will get our attention?
4+ years of agricultural irrigation experience
Experience with center-pivot irrigation systems, installation, maintenance, or service
Strong mechanical and equipment troubleshooting skills
Ability to organize crews, schedules, and customer priorities
Leadership experience OR the potential and desire to step into leadership
CDL and ability to meet applicable DOT and physical requirements
You don't need a management title to be considered.
If you're the person others turn to when equipment breaks down, a job falls behind, or a customer needs answers, we want to talk.
You'll have the opportunity to lead an established operation, work with experienced company leadership, and make a direct impact on how the business performs.
Ready to move from getting the work done to leading the operation?
Send me a resume or reach out for a confidential conversation.
