Confidential Opportunity: Solid Slab Wood Worker

Full-Time | Day Shift (6:00 AM – 3:30 PM M-THU & 6:00 AM – 10 AM F) | No Weekends

Position Summary

This role supports a team of 17 other wood workers. This position requires precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of shop drawings and woodworking techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom millwork components
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications with high accuracy
• Operate a wide range of woodworking tools and machinery, including saws, planers, jointers, routers, sanders, and CNC equipment (if applicable)
• Ensure quality control through careful measuring, fitting, sanding, and finishing of all workpieces.
• Collaborate with project managers, shop foremen, and site supervisors to meet project timelines and client expectations.
• Perform on-site installations, including layout, fitting, and secure mounting of millwork components, often in finished or occupied environments.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area, follow OSHA standards
