About the Role

We are seeking a high-performing Logistics Sales Representative to drive new business and expand our customer base throughout the Southeastern United States. This is a remote position requiring regular travel within the region to build strong, in-person client relationships. You will be responsible for selling a full range of logistics solutions, including:

  • International Freight Forwarding: Air and Ocean
  • Domestic Transportation: FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and Drayage

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the Southeast region.
  • Full Cycle Sales: Manage the entire process from lead generation and prospecting through closing and long-term account growth.
  • Solution Crafting: Develop tailored logistics strategies to meet specific customer supply chain requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level, long-term client partnerships.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in logistics sales, freight brokerage, or freight forwarding.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in generating new business and scaling revenue.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of domestic and/or international transportation solutions.
  • Network: An existing book of business is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast to meet with clients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Base: $60,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Incentives: Uncapped, aggressive commission structure with significant earning potential.
