Senior Tax Manager

Location: Ridgeland, MS

Overview

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Southeast is seeking a Tax Senior Manager for its Ridgeland, MS office. You will lead diverse tax engagements, grow client relationships, mentor rising professionals and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

Responsibilities

• Review complex corporate, individual and partnership tax returns
• Lead tax planning, consulting and compliance across a broad client base
• Research and resolve technical tax matters, especially in multi-state contexts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and lead team members
• Contribute to strategic firm initiatives and business development

Qualifications

• Active CPA license in good standing in Mississippi required
• 10+ years of recent public accounting experience (tax-focused)
• Experience leading client engagements and managing staff
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Desire to grow into a partner-level role
