Job Description

A well-respected New Jersey litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2-6 years of experience to join its team in Morristown, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation preferred.
• Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and keep clients informed.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar, in good standing (required); New York admission is a plus.
• 2-6 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation.
• Able to commute to Morristown, NJ.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $130,000 - $160,000, commensurate with experience.
