Job Description

A well-respected New Jersey litigation firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 6-10 years of experience to join its team in Morristown, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters from inception through trial with a high degree of independence.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare cases for trial.
• Experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation preferred.
• Mentor junior associates and work closely with partners and clients on case strategy.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New Jersey bar, in good standing (required); New York admission is a plus.
• 6-10 years of litigation experience in insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation.
• Able to commute to Morristown, NJ.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $160,000 - $190,000, commensurate with experience.
