A respected and growing Palm Beach County law firm is seeking a Bodily Injury Defense Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants hands-on experience handling meaningful litigation matters with strong mentorship and support.

The firm offers a collaborative, team-oriented culture and a steady flow of high-quality work, allowing attorneys to develop their litigation skills while managing an active caseload.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in bodily injury defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other key litigation documents
  • Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
  • Handle depositions, mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings
  • Assist with and participate in trial preparation and advocacy
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case management and strong client service

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Florida Bar member in good standing
  • 2–5 years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
  • Bodily injury defense experience preferred
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
  • Trial experience (1st or 2nd chair) is a plus
