Tax Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Overview

A boutique Colorado CPA firm serving closely held middle-market businesses and nonprofit organizations is seeking a Tax Manager. The role can be based in Colorado Springs or Denver, with some travel, occasional work-from-home options and flexible start times.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
• Handle client billing
• Develop, coach and supervise team members
• Participate in firm growth, management and business development
• Project management

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated aptitude for building client relationships and leadership ability
• Working knowledge of tax software and Microsoft Office
