Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Dallas, TX
I am partnering with a well-respected Texas litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for its Dallas office. The firm handles sophisticated tort, commercial, insurance, and other complex litigation matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal to work closely with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and experts throughout the life of a case.
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience.
🔎 What We Need
Prior litigation paralegal experience, ideally in a defense-focused practice
Strong knowledge of discovery, depositions, medical records, and trial preparation
Experience preparing discovery, expert designations, notices, subpoenas, and basic pleadings
Ability to organize and summarize medical, employment, and deposition records
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and experts
💼 What You’ll Do
Prepare and manage written discovery, document production, and routine litigation documents
Coordinate the collection, tracking, and review of medical and employment records
Review and summarize depositions and records at attorney's direction
Assist with witness research, background investigations, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to support case strategy
Prepare trial, deposition, and mediation notebooks while maintaining accurate case files and billing entries
