Job Description

A well-established General Contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to support a strong backlog of site development and heavy highway projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in heavy civil construction who can take ownership of estimates, manage multiple bids, and contribute to overall project success.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for site development and heavy highway projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• Work with project teams, clients, and design partners
• Track and evaluate project costs and scope changes

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of estimating experience in heavy civil construction
• Experience with site development and/or heavy highway work
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
• Proven ability to manage large, complex estimates
