Commercial Construction Superintendent

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for turning plans into reality.
- Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Drive and maintain the project schedule—keep trades on track and accountable
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant jobsite
- Ensure quality control—work meets plans, specs, and expectations the first time
- Work closely with the Project Manager to stay aligned on budget and timeline
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact progress
- Communicate clearly with clients, inspectors, and internal teams
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proven ability to run jobs independently and manage multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and shop drawings
- Leadership presence—you hold people accountable while earning respect
- Commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right
What Sets You Apart
- Experience with ground-up commercial projects or complex interiors
- Strong scheduling skills (look-ahead planning, sequencing trades)
- OSHA certification or a track record of strong safety performance
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Reputation for finishing jobs on time without sacrificing quality
