Senior Litigation Attorney (Remote – California Bar Required)

A Florida-based boutique law firm with a national transportation & logistics practice is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced attorney looking to work on complex and varied commercial litigation matters.

About the Role: You’ll handle a diverse caseload focused on transportation and logistics clients, including:

• Cargo claims and regulatory matters
• Commercial litigation (employment, breach of contract, intellectual property, and related disputes)

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar required
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Background in transportation and/or commercial litigation preferred
• Strong writing, analytical, and case management skills

Additional Details:

• 1800 billable hours requirement
• Fully remote role (must be CA barred)
• Compensation is flexible and commensurate with experience
