Exterior Remodeling Consultant (Storm Restoration / Sales Rep)

What You’ll Do
Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-generated leads
Inspect residential properties for storm damage (hail, wind, etc.)
Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and restoration options
Manage projects from initial contact through contract signing and project completion
Work closely with project managers and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
Sales experience preferred (construction, roofing, or in-home sales is a plus)
Comfortable with door knocking and field-based sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
