A General Contractor in Athens, GA is seeking a Superintendent to lead complex commercial and industrial construction projects. This search is confidential due to ongoing growth and secured project backlog.

Position Overview

• Full lifecycle project management from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversight of budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management
• Leadership of internal project teams, and subcontractors
• Direct coordination with ownership, clients, and stakeholders, and project managers
• Accountability for safety, quality, and financial performance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Must have diverse construction ground-up experience
• Prefers someone who has been with a company for 5+ years
• Must be local with no job hopping
• Experience working in a structured, corporate construction environment
