Civil Trial Attorney (Insurance Coverage) | Palm Beach County, FL

A highly respected, AV-rated law firm in Northern Palm Beach County is seeking a Civil Trial Attorney to join its litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a lead role handling insurance coverage litigation, while also gaining exposure to appellate work and complex pre-suit matters. This position is ideal for a litigation attorney who enjoys strategy, autonomy, and hands-on trial work, particularly in high-exposure and multi-party disputes.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as lead counsel on insurance coverage litigation matters
• Handle complex civil litigation cases, including high-exposure pre-suit and multi-party disputes
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and other key litigation documents
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and jury trials
• Assist with appellate matters and legal strategy on nuanced coverage issues
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to drive strong case outcomes and maintain client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida Bar member in good standing
• 3+ years of experience handling civil litigation as a lead attorney
• Experience with insurance coverage matters preferred
• Jury trial experience a plus
• Exposure to federal court and appellate work is a plus
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently
