Help an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector win more of the Midwest's largest steel jobs—projects of 5,000+ tons. The permanent full-time Business Development Manager seat offers $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives and Midwest travel.

Day-to-day priorities

• Develop steel erection business with owners and general contractors
• Lead pursuits from first contact through award on 5,000+ ton packages
• Track competitor activity, bid timing, and the regional pipeline
• Travel the Midwest to build relationships and keep pursuits moving
• Represent an AISC-certified Michigan erector in client and industry settings

What you bring

• Sales or BD experience in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction
• A record of winning large-tonnage Midwest projects
• Relationships with general contractors, fabricators, or owners preferred
• Willing to travel throughout the Midwest
• Clear, confident closer
