Insurance Defense Attorney (3-15+ Years)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

My client is seeking a litigation attorney to join their collegial insurance defense team. You’ll build relationships with clients right away and handle a variety of insurance defense matters, including general liability claims, complex litigation, and insurance-related disputes

What they’re looking for:

• Experience managing files in the insurance defense world
• Handle cases involving bodily injury, premises liability, and other civil liability claims
• Assist with insurance coverage and bad-faith defense matters as needed
• Knowledge of how to work a case from start to finish
• Demonstrates a proactive approach to litigation

Qualifications

• Barred in Arizona
• Prior experience in insurance defense, general liability, or civil litigation preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Excellent communication and case-management skills
