A well-established community bank is seeking an experienced Commercial Lender to grow and manage a portfolio of commercial relationships in its local market. You will develop new business with owner-operated companies, real estate investors and professionals, and deepen existing relationships through loans, deposits and treasury services.
You will source and structure commercial and commercial real estate loans, partner with credit analysts and underwriters on sound credit decisions, manage renewals and portfolio quality, and stay active in the community to build referral networks and visibility for the bank.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of commercial lending experience with an established book of business or a strong local network, solid credit and financial statement skills, and a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
