Job Description

A structural steel team near Dickinson is looking for a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination. You'll be the link between field, shop, and design, catching clashes before they become costly fixes.

Your role

• Organize and maintain models, standards, and project files
• Run clash detection and lead coordination with trades and engineers
• Mentor other modelers and lead VDC process improvements
• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Support fabrication, erection, and detailing with model-based workflows

Your background

• 5+ years in BIM/VDC within steel, construction, or engineering
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
• Benefits package
