Job Description

Join structural steel projects near Dickinson as a BIM/VDC Coordinator, leading 3D modeling and digital coordination. You'll keep the field, the shop, and the design team connected and catch clashes before they become costly fixes.

What you'll do

• Lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers and run clash detection
• Help advance VDC processes and technology across projects
• Build and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Keep project files, models, and standards organized and up to date
• Support detailing, fabrication, and erection teams with model-based workflows

What we're looking for

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection

Compensation & benefits

• $85K–$105K based on experience
