Looking for a hands-on safety role where your work shows up on the shop floor every day? A structural steel fabrication shop in Katy, TX, on the west side of Houston, is adding a Safety Coordinator to its team. Expect about 10 hours of overtime a week, incredible benefits, and a real growth opportunity.

What You'll Handle

• Lead safety orientations for new hires, plus regular trainings and toolbox talks
• Oversee the shop's daily safety programs
• Partner with shop leadership to strengthen the safety culture
• Perform inspections and audits and follow through on hazard corrections
• Look into incidents and maintain OSHA records and documentation

What You Bring

• Working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Safety experience in fabrication, manufacturing or construction
• Clear communicator who's at ease on a shop floor
• Able to work on-site in Katy, TX, including roughly 10 hours of overtime weekly
