A respected community bank is seeking a Bank Operations Officer to lead and improve its day-to-day banking operations. You will oversee deposit operations, branch support, payments and back-office processes so the bank runs efficiently, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.
You will manage operations staff, strengthen policies, procedures and internal controls, lead audit and exam readiness, work with vendors and technology partners on core system and process improvements, and partner with senior leadership on efficiency and risk management.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of bank operations experience with leadership responsibility, strong knowledge of BSA/AML, deposit compliance and banking regulations, and a track record of improving processes. A bachelor's degree is preferred. This is a permanent, full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.
