A well-regarded CPA firm is hiring a Tax Senior Manager for the Dallas, TX area, and you can work hybrid or fully remote. You'll be the lead advisor for a book of key clients, sit alongside the partners on practice decisions, and have a written, time-bound path to partner.
What you'll do:
- Lead corporate, partnership, S corporation and high-net-worth individual engagements from planning through sign-off
- Give clients year-round planning, entity structuring and transaction advice
- Develop and mentor managers, seniors and staff
- Help grow the practice and shape how the tax group works
What you bring:
- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with several years in a review and leadership role
- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)
- Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field
- Strong client relationship and team leadership skills
