Are you a passionate Family Law Attorney looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in your clients’ lives? I’m partnering with an established law firm in Charlotte, NC, seeking a dedicated attorney to join its growing legal team!

This is an opportunity to advocate for families, handle meaningful legal matters, and help clients navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions.

⚖️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Represent clients in divorce, child custody, alimony, and other family law matters.

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.

• Prepare for and handle court hearings, depositions, and trials.

• Negotiate settlements while developing effective litigation strategies.

• Provide compassionate, strategic legal counsel throughout the legal process.

• Manage cases from inception through resolution while maintaining strong client relationships.

✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active North Carolina Bar license.

• Experience handling family law matters and related litigation.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

• Experience with Clio and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis is preferred.
