Sr. Corporate & Transactional Attorney

About the role
Ready to own your matters and your client relationships? A respected North Carolina law firm is hiring a corporate and transactional attorney to lead deals from start to close. You'll work directly with firm leadership in a collaborative setting without big-firm layers.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and close complex corporate and commercial transactions
• Advise business clients in clear, practical terms
• Take the lead on matters and grow client relationships
• Help build the practice through business development and community involvement
• Supervise associates, paralegals, and support staff

What you'll bring

• 6+ years of corporate and transactional experience
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, with strong academics
• North Carolina bar admission, or the ability to get admitted quickly
• Excellent writing, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercial real estate experience and large-firm experience are both a plus
