A growing, well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, advocating for clients, and taking ownership of cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients, insurance carriers, attorneys, medical providers, and other involved parties
- Gather, organize, and maintain medical records, bills, reports, and other case documentation
- Assist with drafting and preparing demand packages, correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and other legal documents
- Monitor case deadlines, appointments, medical treatment, and important case milestones
- Request and review medical records and billing information
- Obtain and organize insurance policy information and coverage documentation
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, settlement negotiations, and litigation support
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files
- Coordinate with clients and medical providers to ensure cases progress efficiently
- Track settlement offers, liens, subrogation claims, and related documentation
- Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the legal process
- Perform legal research and other administrative or case-related duties as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal or in a similar plaintiff-side personal injury role
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claims and litigation process
- Experience handling medical records, bills, insurance information, and settlement documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and priorities independently
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
- Litigation experience is a plus
