About the Role
The Mechanical Detailer produces coordinated sheet metal and mechanical shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
Responsibilities
• Produce sheet metal and mechanical shop and fabrication drawings
• Build 3D models and take part in trade coordination
• Work with project managers, field leadership and the fabrication shop
• Update drawings as designs change
Required
• 2+ years of sheet metal or mechanical detailing experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar detailing software
• Ability to read mechanical drawings
Preferred
• Navisworks or fabrication software experience
• Field or shop experience in sheet metal
Compensation and Benefits
• $65,000 to $90,000, based on experience
