About the Role
The Project Manager leads design build and design assist HVAC projects, working with engineering and preconstruction from early design through closeout.
Responsibilities
• Lead design build and design assist mechanical projects through closeout
• Coordinate design development with engineers and customers
• Own budgets, forecasts and schedules
• Manage submittals, RFIs and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and field leadership
Required
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical project management experience
• Design build or design assist project experience
• Strong job costing and scheduling skills
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• OSHA 30
• Experience with project management software
Compensation and Benefits
• $110,000 to $145,000, based on experience
