Complex Construction Litigation Attorney in Seattle

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Construction Litigation Attorney to join their highly reputable practice in Seattle. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of experience in construction or commercial litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and litigate complex construction disputes from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective legal strategies.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed.
• Provide legal advice and counseling to clients on construction-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in WA.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in complex construction litigation.
• Strong understanding of construction law, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
