Litigation Associate Attorney | Tampa, FL (Downtown | In-Office)

A well-established and highly regarded Tampa law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This firm has been a leader in the Florida market for over 25 years, representing well-known companies and businesses across a variety of industries. The role offers exposure to a diverse mix of matters including construction litigation, commercial disputes, employment issues, creditors’ rights, and general liability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Attorneys here handle meaningful work, gain strong client exposure, and develop across multiple practice areas while maintaining a balanced and supportive culture.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Assist with case strategy, client communication, and trial preparation
• Work across multiple practice areas including construction, commercial, employment, and creditors’ rights litigation

What We’re Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• 2+ years of litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
