We are seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Minnesota. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys psychological assessment, diagnostic clarification, and working collaboratively with other specialists to support individuals and families across the lifespan.

The role focuses heavily on comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations, including assessments for autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and other developmental, behavioral, and emotional presentations. You will play a critical role in helping clients gain diagnostic clarity and access appropriate treatment, educational, and support services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological and neurodevelopmental evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults
  • Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, developmental, behavioral, adaptive functioning, and personality assessment measures
  • Complete diagnostic assessments for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and other developmental or behavioral concerns
  • Prepare integrated evaluation reports with diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
  • Provide feedback sessions to clients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care and treatment planning
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a related field
  • Current, unrestricted Psychologist license in the State of Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong diagnostic interviewing, assessment, and report-writing skills
  • Experience conducting psychological evaluations and integrating assessment findings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Experience conducting autism spectrum disorder evaluations
  • Familiarity with ADOS-2, ADI-R, and other neurodevelopmental assessment tools
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
  • Interest in expanding expertise in neurodevelopmental and autism assessment
