About the Role
The Service Dispatcher schedules and routes service technicians and is the main contact between customers and the field.
Responsibilities
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to service calls and planned maintenance
• Take customer calls and set up work orders
• Track open calls and update customers
• Coordinate parts and equipment with technicians and purchasing
• Close out work orders for billing
Required
• Dispatching or service coordination experience
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Comfort with scheduling or dispatch software
Preferred
• HVAC or mechanical service experience
• ServiceTitan or similar service software
Compensation and Benefits
• $50,000 to $65,000, based on experience
