Corporate Attorney: Mid-Level Transactional Role with Growth Potential in Boca Raton

Our client, a well-established South Florida law firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Boca Raton office. The corporate group advises privately held companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on mergers and acquisitions, financings, entity formation, and general corporate matters.

This is an in-office role in Boca Raton, working closely with partners and clients.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other transactional documents
• Manage due diligence and closing processes for M&A transactions
• Advise clients on entity formation, governance, and commercial contracts
• Coordinate with tax, real estate, and employment colleagues on deal issues
• Serve as a primary point of contact for business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple deals at once
• Excellent client service and communication skills
