CNC Machinist – Setup/Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Setup/Operator) who takes pride in precision work and is motivated to grow their machining career. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines using setup sheets and job instructions
• Load and unload parts while maintaining production flow
• Inspect parts using measuring tools and inspection checklists
• Make offsets and adjustments to maintain tolerances
• Read and interpret part drawings and blueprints
• Edit programs at the machine or workstation as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision
• Identify and troubleshoot machining or quality issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and understand part geometry
• Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
• Experience with offsets, setup, and basic program edits
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable working independently
• Knowledge of geometric and trigonometric concepts is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $40,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
• Full-time position
