Job Description

Our client, a fast-growing land surveying and engineering firm in Southeast Michigan, is seeking a Professional Surveyor to oversee survey projects and deliverables from the office.

Responsibilities:

• Review and certify boundary, ALTA, right-of-way, and topographic surveys
• Perform boundary analysis and research records and deeds
• Guide field crews and coordinate project schedules
• Prepare and review plats, legal descriptions, and drawings
• Communicate with clients, title companies, and agencies

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Michigan
• Strong boundary and right-of-way experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar survey software
• Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills
• Primarily an in-office role
