Ready to lead VDC on structural steel work near Alvin? We're hiring a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator to own 3D modeling and digital coordination, bridging the field, the shop, and the design team so clashes get caught before they turn into costly fixes.

What you'll handle

• Lead coordination meetings with trades and engineers and run clash detection
• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Drive VDC process improvements and mentor fellow modelers
• Back detailing, fabrication, and erection teams with model-based workflows
• Keep project files, standards, and models organized and current

What you'll need

• Hands-on Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit experience
• 5+ years of BIM/VDC work in steel, construction, or engineering
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Working knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
