Job Description

Our client, a well-established, multi-office civil engineering and surveying consulting firm in Michigan, is seeking a Professional Surveyor to lead survey operations in Michigan and build a local survey team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking projects
• Build, hire, and develop a local survey team
• Review and sign survey plats, descriptions, and deliverables
• Manage survey budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Coordinate with engineering staff on multi-discipline projects

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Michigan
• 8+ years of land surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of boundary law and Michigan survey standards
• Proficiency with survey software and modern field equipment
• Leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
